OBJECTIVE: Password Security and Phishing Awareness

Welcome to Task 2. The goal of this task is to check if you understand how weak passwords can put you at risk and how phishing attacks trick people into giving away their personal information.

1. Strong Passwords:

  • Explain what makes a password "strong".
  • List at least 5 rules for creating a strong password (e.g., length, special characters).

2. Phishing Awareness:

  • Explain what "Phishing" is.
  • Describe how a phishing attack works to steal data.

3. Real-Life Examples:

Describe 3 common scenarios where people face phishing attacks:

  • Email Scams (Fake offers or warnings)
  • Fake Login Pages (Cloned websites)
  • Social Media Messages (Suspicious links)

4. Protection Methods:

  • Explain at least 4 ways users can protect themselves from these attacks.
