Welcome to Task 2. Now that you know HTML structure, the goal of this task is to learn how CSS controls
the look, feel, and layout of a web page to make it visually appealing.

Please complete the following steps in your report. Keep your English simple and clear.
1. Define CSS:
- Explain what CSS is and why it is important in web development.
2. Types of CSS:
- Explain the difference between Inline CSS, Internal CSS, and External CSS.
3. Layout Structure:
Create a simple web page using HTML and CSS that includes:
- A Header Section
- A Content Section
- A Footer Section
4. Styling Challenge:
Apply the following CSS styles to your page:
- Background color and Text color
- Font size adjustments
- Padding and Margin for spacing
- Border styling
5. Layout & Explanation:
- Use basic layout styling (like centering content or simple box layout).
- Share your HTML and CSS code.
- Explain how the CSS you wrote affects the page design.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Word Limit: Minimum 400 words, Maximum 700 words.
